House Rules & Info

• One adult per room only (no external visitors allowed)
• Access limited to registered guests only

• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
• During the day, please keep noise at a reasonable level
• Calls, music and media must not disturb other guests
🚭 Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas

• Shared space for all guests
• Please clean immediately after use and leave ready for the next guest
🏊 Swimming pool
• Available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
• Quiet, respectful use is required at all times
🧹 Cleanliness & responsibility
• Room cleaning is the guest’s responsibility during the stay
• Shared areas must be kept clean and tidy
• Common spaces should be left in good order at departure
🐾 Pets not allowed, unless previously agreed in advance

🚆 Getting to Tarragona
• Tarragona Central Station (Regional Train): Represents the best and most convenient option. It is located in the city center and facilitates direct connections.
• Camp de Tarragona Station (High-Speed - AVE): Located outside the urban center, taking approximately 20–25 minutes to reach the city center. Whenever possible, arriving at Tarragona Central is recommended.
• Intercity Buses: Direct connections are available from various national and regional destinations to Tarragona's main bus terminal.
📍 Urban Buses (EMT Tarragona)
• The house is located a 5-minute walk from the Line 11 bus stop.
• Urban network buses are easily recognizable by their red color.
• The reference stop to get off near the house is "La Plaça".
• Tickets can be conveniently purchased directly on board.
• Line 11 connects with other urban routes, allowing you to reach any point in Tarragona.
• Updated timetables and routes can be checked on the EMT TARRAGONA platform and app.

Just a 5-minute walk from the house, right next to the bus stops, there is a local neighborhood shopping center providing essential daily services:

• Local Shops: Various stores and services for everyday needs.

Kitchen & Food Delivery

Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen to prepare their own meals. If you prefer to relax and not cook, food delivery is also available in this area. Laundry

📍 The laundry area is freely accessible and located in the external bathroom on the ground floor, opposite the outdoor staircase.
It is a shared space, please use it with care. Thank you.
1️⃣ Select Program 1 (Universal) or Program 8 (Quick)
2️⃣ Set the temperature to 20°C or 40°C
3️⃣ Place one detergent + softener capsule directly into the drum
4️⃣ Load the laundry without overfilling the machine
5️⃣ Close the door firmly
6️⃣ Press “Inicio” START ▶️
⚠️ If the washing machine does not start, the door is probably not properly closed.
⏳ When the cycle ends, pull the door to open it and remove your laundry.
👕 Clothes should be hung on the terrace in front of the kitchen, where clotheslines and clothespins are available.
🌬️ If needed, you can request the use of a drying machine (paid service).
🧼 Please leave the washing machine and laundry area clean and tidy after use.

Indoor Climate

📍 Casa dels Boscos is a shared home: comfort yes, mindful use always.
❄️ Winter – Heating
🔥 Heating is centralized and active when needed.
Each room has its own radiator adjustable from 1 to 5:
1️⃣ minimum · 5️⃣ maximum (controls the heat intensity in your room).
🛏️ If you feel cold, you can use the blankets available in the wardrobes.
➕ If they are not enough, feel free to ask for more.
🌬️☀️ Summer – Cooling & Ventilation
🌀 Some rooms have a ceiling fan with remote control,
🌀 others have a fixed fan.
➕ If needed, you may request additional fans.
⚠️ When leaving the room, please turn off the fan.
🌴 Rooms facing the pool have an external sun awning to create shade.
⚠️ Always close it in case of strong wind to avoid damage.
❄️ There is no air conditioning.
